Windsor Horse Show

As always Windsor horse show did not disappoint. We are very lucky to have a horse show so beautiful in our country and one that is so close to our wonderful monarchy. 

This year I was jumping in the Services Showjumping Championship for team Forces Equine.  I was riding alongside two lovely Avon and Somerset officers Jenny and Helen. 

We arrived on Friday to settle in and stable overnight due to a very early class start on the Saturday morning and allow for a good team meal and catch up on Friday evening. 

Drawn first to go in our team Roly did not disappoint and we popped round the course in the main Castle ring for a quick clear. 

Unfortunately we couldn't maintain our clean sheet with both Jenny and Helen getting faults so we missed out on a jump off slot this year. 

An afternoon of watching some 5 star jumping finished off a wonderful day.  Roly is glad to be home and snoozing in his stable.
