Zeus comes home

Very exciting day here today at Horsehill Farm as we went to collect Zeus and Zarina from stud and bring them home!

We were lucky enough to be able to borrow our wonderful liveries 3.5t lorry to make travelling nice and easy for them both.

Zeus took very little persuasion to load into the lorry and off we went back home. Luckily a nice easy, short journey of half hour at slow speeds. He stood the whole way and they both looked very calm and happy on arrival back at the farm. 

They settled into their new stable like they'd been there all along and they will be turned out during the daytime tomorrow. 

Exciting times ahead learning all about bringing up foals!
